Energy Future Holdings, parent of TXU Energy and 4Change Energy, saw a marginal decline in its residential customer count during the three months ended September 30, 2015, but saw marginal growth in its business customers

EFH's retail suppliers saw their residential customer count decline by only 2,000 customers from June 30, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

This contrasts to the loss of 8,000 customers from March 31, 2015 to June 30, 2015. EFH's retail suppliers had recorded net growth of 4,000 residential customers from December 31, 2014 to March 31, 2015.

EFH had seen a net loss of 3,000 residential customers from September 30, 2014 to December 31, 2014; and a net loss of 9,000 residential customers from June 30, 2014 to September 30, 2014.

As of September 30, 2015, EFH retail companies were serving 1.493 million residential customers, versus 1.495 million as of June 30, 2015, and 1.502 million a year ago

Collectively, EFH retail companies were serving 205,000 C&I meters as of September 30, 2015, versus 204,000 as of June 30, 2015, and 197,000 a year ago. Due to a reclassification of accounts between the small business and large business categories, a comparison to the June 30, 2015 breakdown of C&I accounts by size is not available. As of September 30, 2015, the EFH retail companies were serving 166,000 small businesses (< 1 MW) and 39,000 large businesses

Total customer count for the EFH retail companies was 1.698 million as of September 30, 2015, versus 1.699 million as of June 30, 2015 and 1.699 million a year ago
