Duquesne Light has confirmed new updated Prices to Compare for the period beginning December 1, 2015 for all customer classes

New Duquesne Light PTCs are as follows (¢/kWh):

Prices to Compare for additional lighting and unmetered classes can be found on Duquesne Light's website (note: 12/1/15 PTCS listed as estimated, but are in fact the actual PTCs)

Residential and small C&I rates are fixed through May 31, 2016 (subject to minimal changes for STAS or transmission). Medium C&I rates are fixed through February 29, 2016 (subject to minimal changes for STAS or transmission).
