Just Energy Flat Bill Offer Expanded To Two New States; Execs Talk Further International Expansion

During an earnings conference call, Just Energy executives reported that the company has expanded its flat bill offering to additional states.

EnergyChoiceMatters.com first reported that Just Energy's Commerce Energy brand had recently launched a flat bill product in the Georgia natural gas market

Executives disclosed that Just Energy is also now marketing a flat bill program in Pennsylvania and Ohio. The flat bill offer was previously launched in Illinois, as well as Alberta and Ontario

Further expansions of the flat bill offering as well as Just Energy's smart thermostat program and other innovative products are seen by executives as key drivers for continued growth of Just Energy

Just Energy executives said that they are "actively" looking at expansion in Europe and other parts of the world, following the success of its U.K. market entry. Executives specifically listed Germany, the Netherlands, and Japan as under review.

Executives also said that international expansion could "possibly" include partnerships
