ALJs Recommend Approval of $2.4 Million Settlement With Retail Supplier

Two Pennsylvania ALJs have recommended that the PUC adopt without modification a previously reported settlement among IDT Energy, the state's Attorney General and Office of Consumer Advocate related to polar vortex complaints that would see IDT Energy pay $2.4 million in additional refunds beyond what it has previously refunded to customers and undertake certain remedial measures. Texas PUC Adopts New Interest Rates Applicable to Deposits Held By REPs, Overcharges

The Public Utility Commission of Texas has adopted new interest rates applicable to REP deposits and over-billings. The interest rate for calendar year 2016 on deposits held by REPs is 0.11 percent. The interest rate for calendar year 2016 for over-billings and certain under-billings is 0.18 percent. Docket 45319
