N.Y. Utility Withdraws Proposal for Community Solar Project
Central Hudson Gas & Electric has withdrawn its proposed Reforming the Energy Vision Community Solar Demonstration Project
Since Central Hudson filed its proposal in July, "the Commission has not acted on the Petition and has made rulings that render moot the issues that Central Hudson sought to test in the market," Central Hudson said
"Thus, Central Hudson respectfully requests that the Commission grant this request to withdraw the Petition from consideration. Central Hudson has discussed this matter with Staff Counsel, which agrees that the Petition should be withdrawn," the utility said.
