PSNH Seeks 10% Increase in Default Service Rate, But Rate Lower Than Prior Forecast

Public Service of New Hampshire (Eversource) applied to set its default service rate at 9.99¢/kWh effective January 1, 2016.

That's lower than a prior forecast for the 2016 rate of 10.39¢/kWh

The current default service rate is 8.98¢/kWh
