PUC Approves 10% Increase in Default Service Rate at PSNH
The New Hampshire PUC approved a 10% increase in the default service rates at Public Service of New Hampshire (Eversource)
Specifically, the PUC set the PSNH default service rate at 9.99¢/kWh effective January 1, 2016. This reflects a base default service rate of 8.27¢/kWh plus an updated bypassable scrubber charge of 1.72¢/kWh
The current default service rate is 8.98¢/kWh
