RPA Energy, Inc., which as first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com was recently acquired by Utility Expense Reduction Energy Services, LLC, applied for an expanded Pennsylvania electric supplier license to include service to large commercial customers, industrial customers, and governmental customers, in addition to residential and small commercial customers, in all service areas.
