Phillips was most recently Vice President, Retail Customer Operations at NRG Energy and Reliant
Previously, Phillips was Director, Customer Care Call Center at NRG and Reliant and Project Manager, Strategy & Analysis at Reliant Energy
Phillips has also held positions at Hewlett Packard, Dell, and SBC Communications
