N.Y. ESCO Seeks Withdrawal of License

Econpower, LLC requested that the New York PSC terminate its eligibility to operate as an ESCO, stating that it has ceased operating and providing commodity supply service to customers in New York, and does not intend to provide such service at any future time. Econpower is the subject of a show cause order concerning its eligibility due to its failure to file required updates regarding its license

FERC Grants RTOs More Time For Price Formation Reports

FERC granted a request from the FERC-jurisdictional RTOs for more time to file reports on price formation previously ordered by FERC (click here for background). The deadline was extended 30 days until March 4, 2016
