AEP Texas Central Reduces Rates Charged to Retail Electric Providers

AEP Texas Central formally announced that it has ceased billing retail electric providers transition charges under Schedule TC

The cessation of charges under Schedule TC had been first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com in December

For residential customers, Rider TC had been currently $0.003314/kWh. AEP Texas Central noted that the cessation of the charge will reduce the monthly wires charges billed to the REPs for residential customers using 1,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity by approximately $3.30.
