Sprague Resources Acquires Retail Customer Book
Santa Buckley Energy, Inc. (SBE) recently entered into an asset purchase agreement with Sprague Operating Resources LLC whereby Sprague purchased certain assets of SBE including retail energy customer contracts and relationships, including SBE's retail natural gas customer book.
The parties also entered into a service agreement to work cooperatively during the transition of the business until the customers are transferred from SBE to Sprague.
The acquisition did not include SBE's petroleum or propane businesses
