Oncor To Cease Charging Retail Providers Certain Charges
Oncor has filed at the Public Utility Commission of Texas to temporarily cease charging retail electric providers for transition charges under Rider TC2 - Transition Charge
The final scheduled payment on the relevant transition bonds is set to occur on May 16, 2016. Oncor currently estimates that no further billings of transition charges under Rider TC2 - Transition Charge are required after the completion of the April billing month to fully satisfy the May 16 payment.
Accordingly, Oncor submitted a compliance tariff filing to temporarily cease billing transition charges under Rider TC2 - Transition Charge by setting all of the factors included in Rider TC2 - Transition Charge to zero effective April 26, 2016 (the first cycle day of the May billing month).
Currently, for residential customers, Rider TC2 is $0.000943/kWh.

Oncor will submit another compliance filing after the May 16 scheduled payment on the Transition Bonds to address any final over- or under-collections of transition charges under Rider TC2 - Transition Charge and to comply with requirements concerning the refunding of deposits from REPs held in connection with the transition charge.
