Stream Launching Three New Non-Energy Services
Stream is launching three new services -- digital voice, roadside assistance and Virtual MD
Digital voice is a voice-over-IP (VOIP) service.
A Digital Voice Hub Internet Phone Adapter costs $99.99 which permits VOIP over the customer's existing home or home business phone.
Monthly Stream Digital Voice Service costs $9.99 and includes unlimited calls to the U.S. and Canada and various other features including voicemail, caller ID, call forwarding and waiting, and three-way conferencing. International calls incur additional charges based on various per-minute or unlimited plans.
A Digital Voice Air device, priced at $49.99, allows the Hub to connect to the internet wirelessly and includes a Bluetooth adapter, also allowing customers to make and answer mobile calls on their home phone
Digital Voice Bridge, priced at $49.99, is a remote phone jack that wirelessly extends Stream digital voice services to other devices such as fax machines or additional phones.
A bundle of the Digital Voice Hub and Digital Voice Air costs $129.99, and a bundle of Digital Voice Hub and Digital Voice Bridge costs $129.99
A free Digital Voice app is available to customers that allows customers to make Stream Digital Voice VOIP phone calls, listen to voicemails, and manage their Stream account on any iOS or Android device. All users can make unlimited, free calls in both the U.S. and Canada, and can also receive phone calls to the app (standard data usage charges from the customer's mobile provider applies).
