Retail Energy Comparison Site: Texas Should License Brokers, Cites Required Security in Other States
In filing comments on the Texas PowerToChoose website, Choose Energy recommended that Texas require the licensure of electricity brokers, and pointed to security requirements in Pennsylvania as an example
