Retail Market Veteran Joins Broker as VP
Broker-consultant EMEX, LLC announced the addition of Kevin McAlpin as Vice President & General Counsel, who will provide executive leadership to the company’s growing sales, operations and finance teams.
McAlpin previously served as counsel at Just Energy
Most recently, McAlpin served as Senior Attorney for the law firm of Walker Eisenbraun LLC, where he specialized in corporate law and commercial transactions, and served as lead counsel and negotiator for several clients in a variety of industries. McAlpin has also held positions at Smith & Carson and ExxonMobil.
