Stream has begun offering roadside assistance and Virtual MD services as part of its package of protective services

Under the Virtual MD service, customers are provided with unlimited, 24/7 access to a U.S. Board Certified physician (MD) for non-emergency medical needs, via phone or online video

Under the Virtual MD service:

• No co-pay required

• Available for every member of the customer's family

• Prescriptions are immediately sent to your pharmacy

• Average wait time is less than 20 minutes

The Virtual MD service includes:

• Free doctor consultations

• Free psychologist consultations

• Free nurse line

• Prescription savings & discounts

• Chiropractic discounts

• Alternative health savings

• Dental & vision savings

• Discounts on labs & imaging

• U.S. board-certified physicians

Stream's Roadside Assistance includes:

• 24/7 roadside assistance

• Locksmith services

• Flat tire repair

• Fuel delivery services

• Battery jump start

• Winching (snow, mud, ditch)

• Hotel & auto rental discounts

• Motorhome rental discounts

• Nationwide gas savings locator

• New & used car price quotes

The new services are offered as part of a bundle of three services which the customer may select, with the bundle priced at $29.95 per month (other services are Stream's existing protection services of Identity Protection, Credit Monitoring, and Tech Support). After selecting three services, additional services may be added for $9.95 per month.
