Texas REP Changes Name

Nooruddin Investments, LLC has filed for an amendment to its Texas retail electric provider certificate to reflect a change in its certificated legal name to VEH LLC. There are no changes to the REP's trade names which include Discount Power, Power Express, and Volterra Energy

Ohio Selects Retail Supplier To Serve Low-Income Customers at AEP Ohio

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has approved the results of an RFP to award 17 percent of the load of Percentage of Income Payment Plan customers to a retail supplier at AEP Ohio for the term of June 1, 2016, to May 31, 2017. The identity of the winning retail supplier, as well as the winning price, will remain confidential until May 24
