Parent of N.Y. ESCO To Expand To New States
The parent of Citizens Choice Energy, LLC d/b/a AmeriChoice Energy has created several new subsidiaries as part of an expansion into new retail markets beyond New York.
Tari Corporation, which wholly owns Citizens Choice Energy, LLC d/b/a AmeriChoice Energy, has created new wholly owned entities AmeriChoice Energy PA, LLC; AmeriChoice Energy IL, LLC; and AmeriChoice Energy OH, LLC, which have sought FERC market-based rate authority and stated an intent to act as retail energy suppliers.
Elie Katz is the sole officer of Tari Corporation. Mr. Katz is also CEO of Citizens Choice Energy, LLC.
