Former TXU Exec Joins Board of Waste-to-Energy Company
Michael Childers has joined the Board of Directors of PHG Energy (PHGE), a privately held company focused on sustainable technologies in the waste disposal, waste-to-energy, and solar sectors.
Childers, currently president of turnkey project development company Bernhard Energy, previously served as CEO, Generation Development at TXU and as CEO of EFH Development Company
Childers held similar senior development roles at Entergy's unregulated generation business as well as at Edison Mission Energy
