Settlement Would Implement New Charge Applicable to Retail Electric Providers at AEP Texas

A settlement among parties has been reached regarding the level of the new Distribution Cost Recovery Factors (DCRF) proposed to be implemented at AEP Texas Central and AEP Texas North

Retail electric providers did not oppose the settlement

The settlement would introduce Rider DCRF which would be charged to REPs effective September 1, 2016 under the rates below (including charging the same rates below on an interim basis effective on Sept. 1 as needed if the settlement has not been approved by such date)
