New LS Power Retail Supplier Affiliate LifeEnergy Launches Service

LifeEnergy, the newly created retail supplier affiliate of LS Power, has launched service

Specifically, LifeEnergy is now offering service to residential and commercial customers at PPL Electric Utilities in Pennsylvania

LifeEnergy is offering residential customers at PPL a fixed rate of 6, 12, or 18 months, plus a 12-month, 100% renewable fixed rate

LifeEnergy's pricing for residential customers at PPL is as follows (¢ per kWh):

6 Months Fixed                  6.82¢
12 Months Fixed                 7.54¢
18 Months Fixed                 7.35¢
12 Months Fixed, 100% Green     7.91¢

An early termination fee of $95 applies to each of the plans listed above

LifeEnergy said that, while initially offering electricity supply, "LifeEnergy plans to expand its customer offerings to include rooftop solar, community solar, mobile LNG, and distributed energy in select markets."

As such, the company has adopted the tagline, "Your Energy Partner for Life"

The Pennsylvania PUC last week granted LifeEnergy an electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas
