PURA Issues Preliminary Notice of Findings Regarding Retail Supplier's RPS Compliance
The Connecticut PURA has issued a preliminary findings and determination regarding each retail electric supplier's compliance with the RPS for the year 2014.
Such preliminary notice is issued to provide suppliers an opportunity to correct or contest any of the preliminary findings, including load, RECs credited, and alternative compliance payments. Suppliers' responses are due by June 27, 2016 at 4:00 p.m.
