Iron Energy LLC d/b/a Kona Energy filed at the Public Utility Commission of Texas to relinquish its retail electric provider certificate. Iron Energy does not have any customers in Texas. As previously reported, Crius Energy completed a purchase of the Iron Energy book earlier this year
Texas REP's License Updated With New Legal Name
The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted Nooruddin Investments, LLC an amendment to its Texas retail electric provider certificate to reflect a change in its certificated legal name to VEH LLC. There are no changes to the REP's trade names which include Discount Power, Power Express, and Volterra Energy
