LifeEnergy, LLC applied for a Delaware electric supplier license and a District of Columbia electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. LifeEnergy is an affiliate of LS Power,
nTherm Receives Retail Supplier License In New State
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted nTherm, LLC a natural gas supplier license to serve customers at Columbia Gas and Dominion East Ohio. As previously reported, nTherm, which was founded last fall, serves transportation customers in Colorado, Kansas, and Oklahoma and is expanding to retail markets in several states. nTherm's principal partners were the former owners of Asgard Energy LLC, a retail supplier which was active in five states, mostly across the Great Plains, serving 14,000 customers and 12 bcf annually prior to its sale to CenterPoint Energy Services in October 2011. Specifically, Asgard Energy co-founders Rhett Shumway, David Vastine, and Mike Gregory are among nTherm's principals (click here for more background).
