Texas REP To Relinquish Unused REP Certificate

IPR-GDF Suez Energy Marketing North America Inc. (GSEMNA) filed at the Public Utility Commission of Texas to relinquish its unused REP certificate #10036. GSEMNA, which holds an Option II certificate, has not served any customers since 2004. ENGIE (f/k/a GDF Suez) continues to serve customers under two certificates, held by ENGIE Resources LLC (#10053) and ENGIE Retail, LLC d/b/a Think Energy (#10204)
