Update: Premier Holding Corp. Discloses Purchase Price for Retail Supplier Acquisition

Premier Holding Corporation disclosed in a 10-Q the price it paid to acquire retail supplier American Illuminating Company from WWCD, LLC (see prior story concerning the acquisition)

Premier Holding Corporation paid $125,000 in cash for all membership units, including all licenses and contracts held, of American Illuminating Company (AIC)

American Illuminating Company at the time was not active in serving customers, but was licensed in Illinois as an ARES and held FERC MBR authority.

"After final notifications and filings with regulatory agencies are complete, AIC is expected to begin supplying power immediately to our customers, will recruit additional resellers of deregulated power and provide them with our sales tools to streamline sales efforts, enforce compliance, and increase productivity," Premier Holding Corporation said in the 10-Q
