Audit Shows Entrust Energy's Compliance With Lite-Up Program
An audit of Entrust Energy's compliance with the Lite-Up Texas discount program shows that Entrust Energy is using the correct discount rate and effectively addresses rate changes in accordance with PUC substantive rules.
In addition Entrust Energy provided discounts to eligible customers in accordance with all rules governing the System Benefit Fund and the Lite-Up Texas program, the audit said
There were no audit findings and the audit staff has no recommendations for Entrust Energy concerning the Lite-Up Texas program.
Overall, PUC audit staff has determined there are effective procedures and controls in place to ensure Entrust Energy's continued success with the Lite-Up Texas program.
