NY ESCO Seeks To Expand To New States

Josco Energy USA, LLC has applied for retail electric supplier licenses in Pennsylvania and Ohio, to serve all customer classes. In Ohio, Josco Energy seeks to serve customers in all service areas; in Pennsylvania, the company seeks to serve customers at the seven large EDCs. Josco Energy, which originally launched in New York, recently gained a New Jersey electric supplier license and has commenced serving customers in New Jersey

First Point Power Receives Supplier License in New State

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted First Point Power, LLC an electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas
