Fitchburg Gas & Electric (Unitil) has filed with the Massachusetts DPU updated Standard Complete Billing Percentages (POR discount rates), effective December 1, 2016

Fitchburg Gas & Electric's new POR discount rates are as follows:

Residential
Uncollectible       4.91%
Administrative     -0.07%
Total               4.83%



Small/Regular General Service
Uncollectible       1.28%
Administrative     -0.07%
Total               1.21%

Unitil has not calculated a Prior Period Reconciliation Percentage (PPRP) for this filing since it does not have a full twelve months of actual data (POR started in December 2015). In its next scheduled annual filing the company will calculate a PPRP for December 2015 through November 2016 data.

The current POR discounts are 5.16% for the Residential class and 1.96% for the Small & Regular General classes.

The current uncollectibles percentages are 4.78% for the Residential class and 1.58% for the Small General & Regular General customer classes. The current administrative cost percentage is 0.38% for all classes.
