Connecticut Publishes Proposed Order on Retail Supplier RPS Compliance For 2014
The Connecticut PURA has issued a proposed final decision concerning retail suppliers' compliance with the RPS for 2014
PURA had previously issued a draft notice of findings with respect to suppliers' compliance to provide suppliers with an opportunity to contest or make corrections to PURA's findings. However, such opportunity should not be construed as that the proposed order is perfectly accurate with respect to its findings, as new disputes or calculation or administrative errors may arise as PURA review suppliers' responses.
The PURA proposed order includes draft findings with respect to any supplier shortages of retired RECs and accompanying alternative compliance payment amounts. Such proposed findings are not final and should not be taken as indicative of a supplier's compliance given the draft nature of the proposed order
