Former Pa. PUC Head of Competitive Market Oversight Joins Eckert Seamans
Karen Moury has joined Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott LLC
Moury previously led the Pennsylvania PUC's Office of Competitive Market Oversight and served as the PUC's Director of Regulatory Operations
Most recently, Moury was a member of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC's Energy section, where she served as counsel for retail suppliers in a number of high-profile complaint cases before the PUC (such as the complaints brought by the AG and OCA against several suppliers).
Moury has held several other positions at the PUC and also served at the Office of Small Business Advocate
