Taxempt Seeks Texas Aggregator Certificate

Taxempt, LLC d/b/a NuPower Energy applied for a Texas electric aggregator certificate to pool commercial and industrial customers. Taxempt has previously acted as a broker and has also been processing sales tax exemptions on electricity and natural gas usage for qualifying commercial customers.
