North American Power Receives Excellence in Customer Service Award From Energy Marketing Conferences
Energy Marketing Conferences LLC announced North American Power was selected as the winner of the "Excellence in Customer Service Award" at the September Retail Energy Marketing Conference in New York City
Energy Marketing Conferences noted that North American Power's BBB rating went from a D to an A+.
Among various measures North American Power adopted to improve the customer experience was, given market volatility, strongly emphasizing fixed rates with its customers, both at enrollment and renewal
Since adopting various measures to improve the customer experience, North American Power has achieved:
• A 96.7% reduction in BBB complaints since 2014
• A 91% reduction in all complaints since 2014
• A 90% decrease in customer refunds due to pricing/processing errors in July 2016 compared to July 2015
• Customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores have improved almost every quarter since Q2 2015, which is when the company first began to measure CSAT.
• An average customer hold time of just 22 seconds
