Connecticut PURA Issues Final Order On 2014 Supplier RPS Compliance, ACPs
The Connecticut PURA has issued a final decision concerning retail suppliers' compliance with the RPS for 2014
The PURA final order includes findings with respect to any supplier shortages of retired RECs and accompanying alternative compliance payment amounts.
