Stream Announces New Chairman

Stream announced that Rob Snyder has stepped down as chairman, and Stream’s board of directors has named current board member Mark "Bouncer" Schiro to succeed Snyder as non-executive chairman.

Schiro previously served as Stream's CEO

"After 13 years in this role, now is a good time for others to take the lead in respect of Stream’s future direction and growth," said Snyder.

Snyder, who together with Pierre Koshakji co-founded Stream during 2004, will remain a non-executive board member as part of this planned transition as well as its largest equity holder.

Schiro said, "I appreciate the trust and confidence that the board is placing in me with this appointment. I am fortunate to transition into the chairman role following Rob’s strong oversight for many years. Stream has many opportunities to continue to profitably grow, and I am committed to support CEO Larry Mondry and his management team to drive long-term value for Stream employees, Associates, customers, and stakeholders."

Donald Kendall, an independent Stream board member, stated, "The board believes that Bouncer is uniquely suited to serve as chairman. His prior experience with Stream, including as its chief executive officer, is a testament to his ability to partner with management and be a key architect for growth."
