NY PSC Sets Procedural Conference On Evidentiary Process Reviewing Total Ban On Mass Market ESCO Service
The New York PSC has scheduled for January 18, 2017 a procedural conference concerning Track I of the PSC's recently initiated evidentiary process reviewing the retail energy markets, including a potential total ban on mass market ESCO service
The principal purposes of the procedural conference are to identify parties, to discuss a procedural schedule and to address issues related to the service of documents, discovery and any other procedural matters identified by the parties at the conference, the PSC said in a notice
