Reporting by Paul Ring • ring@energychoicematters.com

Duquesne Light filed with the Pennsylvania PUC its new medium C&I default service supply rate for the period beginning March 1, 2017.

The default service supply rate, or supply charge, reflects generation supply only; unlike the official Prices to Compare which also reflect transmission and the state tax adjustment surcharge.

Duquesne Light's supply charge for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers (25-300 kW, Rate Schedules GS/GM and GMH) will decrease to 4.9718¢/kWh for the period March 1, 2017, through May 31, 2017, from the current 5.8590¢/kWh
