Mint Energy has begun serving commercial and industrial customers in the Commonwealth Edison service area in Illinois

The move is the first step in Mint’s previously reported expansion of its PJM service territory.

ComEd is the first service area within PJM where Mint Energy offers service outside of Pennsylvania

Mint Energy plans to extend its reach into both Ohio and Maryland during the first quarter of 2017

Mint plans to enter these markets through channel partner relationships and has recently hired Jeremy Gonser to help manage these markets. Gonser is an industry veteran with 12 years of experience developing, managing, and directing results-oriented sales organizations.
