Retail Supplier Transitions To Employee-Owned Company
Santanna Natural Gas Corporation d/b/a Santanna Energy Services reported to regulators that on January 03, 2017, Santanna Energy Services completed the transition to an employee owned company, through Santanna's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
Previously, Santanna was wholly owned by three individuals, and now is owned by the ESOP trust
Santanna's internal corporate and management structure will not change
