Generator To Pay $36,000 Under FERC Settlement
FERC approved a settlement between its Office of Enforcement and Covanta Haverhill Associates LP under which Covanta Haverhill Associates will pay a civil penalty of $36,000.
The settlement resolves allegations that Covanta Haverhill Associates failed to provide instantaneous metered power output data to ISO-New England (ISO-NE), as was required by the ISO-NE Tariff, during the period September 1, 2007 through June 29, 2016.
Covanta Haverhill Associates neither admits nor denies the alleged violations.
