Start-Up With Texas Retail Market Vet As COO Receives Texas REP Certificate
The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted start-up Plug Energy, LLC an Option 1 Texas retail electric provider certificate.
In its initial application, Plug Energy listed its officers as follows:
• Phil Terry: Chief Executive Officer
• Herb Roberts: Chief Operating Officer
• Clay Myers: Chief Financial Officer
• Pankaj Asunai: CTO
Roberts previously served as Director of Multifamily Sales at Direct Energy and EVP at REPower Energy.
