Texas PUC To Hold Workshop on SMT Web Portal

The Texas PUC will hold a workshop on April 25 concerning Project 42786, review of Smart Meter Texas web portal, in which the utilities will provide an update on a 2019 RFP for SMT services. The workshop will follow a previously announced workshop concerning Project 46204, Rulemaking Third Party Authorization to Access Smart Meter Texas Data, to be held on the same date

PURA Schedules Tech. Meeting on Billing Requirements for Incidental Residential, Seeks More Comments On Commercial Bill Rules

The Connecticut PURA scheduled for April 4 a technical meeting concerning Docket 14-07-19RE03: Investigation Into Redesign Of The Residential Electric Billing Format – Summary Information For Business Customers And Website Account Summary. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the identification of Incidental Residential Accounts (IRAs), the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction protocol used to identify IRAs, and possible changes and improvements to the EDI process. PURA also sought further stakeholder comment in a proceeding seeking to expand the presentation of such summary information on non-residential bills -- specifically asking about including the info on bills for only those commercial customers eligible for Standard Service (as opposed to all C&I customers)
