Update: Retail Supplier Transitioning Newly Acquired Customers To Multiple Brands

Perigee Energy, LLC, which as only reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com will be acquired by Spark Energy effective April 1, informed the New York PSC that, upon such acquisition, its customers will be transferred to several of Spark Energy's existing brands.

Previously, Perigee Energy had informed Ohio regulators that its Ohio customers would be transferred to its new affiliate CenStar Energy

In New York, the Perigee customers will be assigned and transferred to Spark Energy, LLC, Major Energy Electric Services, LLC, and CenStar Energy Corp, each a Spark Energy, Inc. subsidiary and licensed ESCO in New York

Approximately 2,600 Perigee electric customers, across all six of the New York investor-owned utility service areas, will be transferred under this process. Nearly 1,100 of such customers are located at ConEd.
