DTE Energy said that its supply cost for natural gas default service has decreased 9%

DTE Energy said in a news release that it lowered the gas rate -- the market price it pays for the natural gas its customers use -- by 8.8 percent effective April 1 to $3.23 per thousand cubic feet from $3.54
