NY PSC Schedules Procedural Conference in Retail Market Evidentiary Review

The New York PSC has scheduled a procedural conference in the Track I evidentiary proceeding reviewing the retail mass markets, to be held April 26, 2017. The principal purpose of the procedural conference is to discuss the procedural schedule. Parties may also raise other procedural matters for discussion at the conference.

Sharyland Postpones System-Wide Rates REP Workshop

In light of settlement discussions and an attendant abatement of the schedule in its rate case to implement uniform delivery rates across its territories, Sharyland Utilities informed retail electric providers that it is postponing the workshop to address operational issues related to implementation of system-wide rates that was originally scheduled for May 2, 2017. A new date will be announced in the future
