Retail Gas Supplier Serving 100,000+ Customers Expanding To Electricity, Hires VP To Lead New Business

Vista Energy Marketing, L.P. is expanding from retail natural gas supply to retail electricity supply, having recently applied for or obtained electric licenses in a number of states

Most recently, Vista Energy Marketing applied for an Illinois alternative retail electric supplier license to serve all customer classes at Commonwealth Edison

As previously reported, Vista Energy Marketing recently received electric supplier licenses in Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Vista provides natural gas to approximately 110,000 end users in California, Texas, New Jersey, Illinois, Arizona, Kentucky, Wyoming, Nebraska, Oregon, Utah, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Washington. In its Illinois application, Vista said that its revenues have grown from approximately $38 million to approximately $55 million over the past five years.

Luke Gottschalk joined Vista Energy Marketing last year as Vice President – Electricity. Gottschalk was previously a Vice President at Oasis Energy and a managing director at Spark Energy

Additionally, Vista Energy Marketing recently hired Harry Kingerski as Vice President - Regulatory and Compliance. Kingerski was most recently Sr. Director of Regulatory & Government Affairs at Entrust Energy and previously held similar positions at Spark Energy, MXenergy and Shell Energy.
