Start-Up Texas Retail Provider Changes Name

A start-up Texas retail electric provider formerly known as Plug Energy, LLC has applied for an amendment to its Texas certificate to reflect a change in the certificated name to Pogo Energy LLC.

As previously reported, the leadership of Pogo Energy LLC includes Phil Terry, Chief Executive Officer, and Herb Roberts, Chief Operating Officer

Roberts previously served as Director of Multifamily Sales at Direct Energy and EVP at REPower Energy. In its amendment filings, Pogo Energy LLC also removed its prior listing of Clay Myers as an officer and Chief Financial Officer
