AP Gas & Electric (APG&E) announced that industry veteran Jay Harpole has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company

Harpole has been serving as a consultant to APG&E for the past three years, in the areas of Supply and Operations.

Previously, Harpole spent 11 years at GDF Suez in various roles including seven years as Vice President of Supply. Prior to GDF Suez, Harpole worked in various positions at Dynegy and ExxonMobil
