New York ALJs Extend Deadline For Mass Market Review Testimony By Months, Set New Date For Hearing
The presiding ALJs in the New York PSC's evidentiary review of the retail energy mass markets have delayed the deadline for the submission of direct testimony by approximately two months.
Specifically, the ALJs have set the due date for the submission of pre-filed direct testimony and exhibits as July 14, 2017, about 65 days later than the prior May 8 deadline
Rebuttal testimony and exhibits are due August 11, 2017
The evidentiary hearing will commence on September 6, 2017
